At Acres of Berry, we take great care in raising high-quality, grass-fed beef. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
🚫 No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on any meat, perishable items, or custom orders.
🚫 Deposits for bulk beef orders are non-refundable and apply toward your final purchase.
🚫 We cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, changes in circumstances, or improper storage after pickup/delivery.
🔹 Flavor, Texture, & Taste:
Every animal is unique, and we cannot guarantee specific flavors, textures, or tenderness. The overall eating experience is influenced by factors such as genetics, aging, processing, and personal taste preferences. By purchasing, you accept that grass-fed beef may vary in taste and texture and that refunds will not be issued based on these factors.
Custom Bulk Beef Orders (¼, ½, & Whole Beef)
When purchasing a custom bulk beef order, you agree to the following:
✔ All cut instructions must be submitted directly to the processor. We are not responsible for errors, miscommunications, or dissatisfaction with cuts.
✔ All processing fees are paid directly to the processor. Any disputes regarding processing must be handled between the customer and the processor.
✔ You are responsible for pickup once your beef is ready. Orders not picked up promptly may be subject to additional storage fees or disposal at the processor’s discretion.
Order Issues (Excluding Custom Beef Orders)
If there is an issue with a retail order (pre-packaged beef cuts, jerky, sausages, etc.), such as:
✔ Missing items
✔ Incorrect products
✔ Packaging defects
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can address the issue.
