27 lb ground
+4 lb fajita +/or kabob meat
+ 3 roasts 10-11lb total variety (Arm, chuck, or Rump)
+ Steaks: 2 tenderloin (approx. 1.5lb total) 3 NY (Avg .75 lb each), 2 Rib (Avg 1.3 lb each), 1-2 Sirloin (approx. 2.5 lb total)
+ 1 Flank or Skirt (Avg 2 lbs each)
