+ Steaks: 3 tenderloin (approx. 2 lbs total) 5 NY (Avg .75 lb each), 5 Rib (Avg 1.3 lb each), 3 Sirloin (approx. 5 lb total)
+ 1 Flank or Skirt (Avg 2 lbs each)
