Season with your favorite blend of Mediterranean-inspired herbs and spices, divide into burgers, smash on to hot griddle, flip and add pita to grilled side of burger, smash again and grill to perfection, then top with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, red onions, and feta cheese.
